the Helix Launcher is great. You can select the number of screens from 3 to 7. It is only for 2.1

I just installed the HelixLauncher yesterday and really like it. Smooth, clean, no FC's at all. And I'm running stock 2.0.1, non-rooted.

Actually, there is a version of HelixLauncher for 2.0.1 - works great!
