.215 ICS Leak

It's incredibly snappy. It feels like a FDR with no apps installed, yet I have over 100 apps installed at the moment. Normally I'd be seeing some lag, jittery response from screen swipes, transitions from home page to app drawer, etc. NOTHING! How in the WORLD did they miss this on the .211 release is what I want to know.

Probably because they were being rushed. They did release the update pretty fast after the initial soak tests. I'm sure there will be more improvements to come.

I think so too. I am really excited because this "leak" seems to be better than ANYTHING released (or not) prior.

The leak is running very nice so far. Still trying to figure out why my display is running so high even on a low setting. Any suggs?

Not for that... But you should use smart actions to disable data when wifi is connected

The conclusion has been reached that since they made Android OS more efficient that the screen is now the big battery culprit.

This actually seems how it should be, with the screen taking up the most battery consumption.

I think it might also have something to do with the fact I used to keep my brightness at 11%, and now with ICS I need it at 45% to see comfortably.

Really? I have mine on 24% and could go lower if I wanted....

Ok so wait guys sorry for the confusion. I'm on stock .211, now what do I need to get latest leak? I can just download zip and use Matt Utility right? I got confused when I read somewhere to downgrade first or something. r
