That's the info I remember seeing too.

Actually 232 did not support it, or at least not the one I installed, and what i was disagreeing to was that it wasn't because a VZW rep needed it to play games on. I need it and I am very glad to see it on 246.

I would read all posts then seek sams input before potentially irreversably breaking your bionic

well i read all 158 pages of the .244 and about 10 pages of this thread. i just want to know whats stable to use as a daily driver

Since the .244 thread isn't around I'll ask here. Besides disabling the apps on Sams FAQ page, what is the best way to maximize battery life on .244? Previously when I was on .232 , I used Smart actions that were rather extreme, such as killing data, Gps,etc. when screen was off. Would that be my best route as I do text under 50 a day, under 10 e-mails a day, under 10 calls a day, browse the web on and off all day with either Tap or a browser, a little gaming, etc. My hopes are to get somewhere in the neighborhood of the phenomenal results that I remember seeing in the .244 thread while actually using my phone.

I still stand by my juice defender app...fantastic for battery life. not sure if smart actions covers what it does now though

I dont use juice defender or smart actions and i still getting 18hr+ @ 40% about 2hrs talk, 40min navi , 1hr+ web,
I'm also @ a very good lte location so i'm on lte the whole time, gps on 20% screen brightness
246

Vzw data usage widget also working again in 246 leak (I'm unlimited across the board) but it works. And H No vzw i ain't changin.

He also said he plans to update the thread monthly on the status. I really don't like to read into things, but I immediately thought "does this mean he's expecting this to go on for months to come?" I know I'm being a little pessimistic about it. It sounds like he wants what's best for the customer. But there's only so much that seems to be possible. The delays just keep coming....
Don't forget, the timetable in question includes many devices aside from the Bionic, and would still need to be updated for future updates. I think he means that from now on, the timeline will be updated on a monthly basis - period. No more "we'll update it when someone gets around to it." business.

I was just thinking about the comments about VZW demanding Flash work. I got this crazy idea. What if VZW is demanding Flash work because all of their bloatware is written in Flash? That would explain their neurotic behavior towards getting Flash working.
None of their bloatware is written in Flash, it all works even with no Flash Player installed.
