13 wow!! I still nervous that they will know something if i return it. I don't want to get in trouble or have a fine or something. I've never done a return or replacement. I'm the one that messed ir up somehow but i can't afford to buy another one at full price.

Yeah but ever since I found out they don't check them I have been doing replacements while leaving a custom rom on them if u scroll back a couple post a guy did the exact same thing an didn't get charged or u can send it to moto an wait 2 weeks for ur phone to get back rooting an romming doesn't void the moto warranty only the verizon one moto just says they don't support it but will fix ur screw up I mean verizon is the middle man they just reduce the time from 2 weeks to 2 days

ok. I'll try that tomorrow after work, hopefully someone sees this and has a fix or something before then. It doesn't feel right to sent it back but it seems i don't have much choice.

Just got off the phone with Verizon support. I went through multiple people to see if there was any hope for my phone. No one has any idea what to do. They were going to send me a replacement phone, but noticed my warranty had expired about 2 months ago. Am I just stuck with a paper weight now? So I have to pay the full price for a new phone?

Bricked Bionic

I have bricked my bionic and can't seem to get it to work. I've been downloading file after file to try and restore my bionic, but they all seem to get hung up halfway through the flashing process. My phone is currently 9.9.502 version and boots up to the first boot configuration screen. Once I touch the android dude to configure my phone, it gets stuck in that state. I've tried to restore files from my phone and they fail also. Is there anything that I can do to fix this?

I saw this method posted at another forum and I was just about to try it until I saw these last few pages. Is this method working or not? Can someone direct me to a working method?

I hope I am not stepping on Sargentmajord's toes here, but there is another option to flash images other than using RSDlite. It is called moto-fastboot and I can walk you through the process, if your available and willing. I am about 99.9% sure this will work for you. Let me know.

I would be very interested in this other option called moto-fastboot. How does it work? I don't think my phone can get any more messed up after trying almost everything possible.

Ok. Great! First, I would delete all the files you downloaded. I don't want to get them confused with the new files that we are going to use. I need you to go to my good buddy's (timmy10shoes) thread here.. http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-bionic-hacks/202176-detailed-safestrap-instructions.html and download the full 902 fxz and the moto-fastboot (team blackhat) files. Let me know when you have the files downloaded...the full 902 file will take some time, since it is so big.

Ok. Now unzip both zip files unto your desktop. Then, put the 3 files from the moto-fastboot folder into the 902 folder.
