Ok. Now unzip both zip files unto your desktop. Then, put the 3 files from the moto-fastboot folder into the 902 folder.

What 3 files are you referring too? I did not follow that last step.

Ok. Great! First, I would delete all the files you downloaded. I don't want to get them confused with the new files that we are going to use. I need you to go to my good buddy's (timmy10shoes) thread here.. http://www.droidforums.net/forum/droid-bionic-hacks/202176-detailed-safestrap-instructions.html and download the full 902 fxz and the moto-fastboot (team blackhat) files. Let me know when you have the files downloaded...the full 902 file will take some time, since it is so big.
Just got off the phone with Verizon support. I went through multiple people to see if there was any hope for my phone. No one has any idea what to do. They were going to send me a replacement phone, but noticed my warranty had expired about 2 months ago. Am I just stuck with a paper weight now? So I have to pay the full price for a new phone?
I saw this method posted at another forum and I was just about to try it until I saw these last few pages. Is this method working or not? Can someone direct me to a working method?
I have bricked my bionic and can't seem to get it to work. I've been downloading file after file to try and restore my bionic, but they all seem to get hung up halfway through the flashing process. My phone is currently 9.9.502 version and boots up to the first boot configuration screen. Once I touch the android dude to configure my phone, it gets stuck in that state. I've tried to restore files from my phone and they fail also. Is there anything that I can do to fix this?

I hope I am not stepping on Sargentmajord's toes here, but there is another option to flash images other than using RSDlite. It is called moto-fastboot and I can walk you through the process, if your available and willing. I am about 99.9% sure this will work for you. Let me know.
Did you follow this step? It talks about the moto-fastboot zip file.

Thanks eye dea didn't think of the moto fast boot option what he has done is flashed an incompatible grfs img from a custom rom so if we can get him on the proper grfs img my fxz files can restore his phone

Ok. Sorry about the delay. I am now caught up with all the steps.
Okay. So the 3 moto-fastboot files are in the 902 folder? Now open a command prompt on your pc.
Why dont u PM me for the rest of the steps, so we dont clutter this thread.
