Yes the 902 fxz will return the phone completely to stock

I tried it again. Did not work. I keep getting a grfs.img error. What is this error? Ever seen this before? Should i call verizon?

The grfs img is ur webtop img an I think what its trying to do is flash over the custom rom which I can't do can u go into recovery an disable safe strap an the try booting up then flash the fxz?

That didn't work, still says flash failure and at the bottom of the screen it says

I tried to install eclipse and it stayed on the first screen for like 20 minutes.. when i try to switch back it said something about can't restore data. Then i tried your method.

I tried rsd lite again and it failed on the grsf and it still says flash failure. should i take it to verizon? is there a way to just do a factory reset or simething like that? a combination of buttons or something. I don't know what else to do. thanks again

Ok do power plus up an down volume an select recovery (volume down to scroll an volume up to select do a factory data reset it will erase all evidence of roms an rooting plus with the flash failure they can't check the phone an do a factory replacement idk what happened but u hard bricked ur phone an fxzs can only fix soft bricks

No unfortunately not u have some how flashed the incompatible grfs img from the custom rom on the the unsafe partition an do the replacement over the phone an tell them that when u booted up u got that error an they won't ask any question trust me I have gone through 13 bionic replacements before switching to the droid 4 an half of them had custom roms an where rooted against popular belief verzion does not check the phones or else I would have had about a 4000 dollar fine they just don't have the man power to check every single replacement
