5.5.5.893 FXZ .901/.902 compatible and.902 update

I've only ever been on .902, and it seems fine. That said, I live in a area that I feel like should have a strong 4g signal, and it's really hit or miss. In my house, it's right on the edge and I keep toggling between 3g and 4g, which creates a lot of unnecessary data lag. So, I'm really hoping that .904 improves the radio enough that it sticks with the 4g signal.

Hope the update drops soon.

.902 is the latest version I have also created .886 and .893 alternative fxzs if wish to run a previous build an u can flash them all interchangeably if u don't like the one u flashed just read the op carefully all the info u need is there

okay. so I was able to get my phone rooted and romd with Eclipse 2.2. So This whole method does work...and i am extremely thankful for it.

Now...is there any overclockers for this? My main deal is to play N64oid smooth. Some games run 97%smooth without sound. But once i hit sound it goes to about 60%. any idea's besides killing everything? (data, syncs, wireless all that)

Ok download this zip an flash in cwm http://opptimizer.googlecode.com/files/mo_simp_1.5_edison-signed.zip

Then download rom tool box an set the max cpu speed at 800 mhz

Then open the rom tool box scripter (u will be making 2 scripts)

First script. Make sure they are spaced as u see in the post do not put them all on one line so u will put in.

insmod /system/lib/modules/symsearch.ko

insmod /system/lib/modules/overclock.ko

Second script u will put in.
echo 3 1300000000 63 > /proc/overclock/mpu_opps

echo 384000000 > /proc/overclock/gpu_opps

Then will run the first script u made if it fails just ignore it its only there to make sure the files needed have run on boot then run the second script an then ur done ur gpu will be overclocked an ur cpu will be overclocked to 1300 mhz u can also edit the second script if u want to go higher or lower but don't select the set at boot option in the rom tool box scripter till u have found a stable setting

I only created the compatible alternative fxzs cuz some people absolutely hated the .902 build plus at the time there were no roms that could run on .902

Only issue i have with 902 is the bloatware, besides that its fine.

And most 901 based roms work on 902.

Infact a few gb roms have been updated to run better on 904.

OC scripts ran perfectly on one bionic but not on the other, got any ideas, the symsearch ran fine, but the OC kept giving me cannot create directory

Open the zip u downloaded an manually move the sysmsearch.ko an overclock.ko files to system --> lib --> modules an an if it says file already exsist just replace it anyways an then rerun the first script then run the second script after that

no, the first pair of scripts run fine, it's the echo scripts that are giving me trouble......gonna retype the echo scripts and try them again, are you gonna be on any tonight?
