so i'm having issues losing sound every once in a while now. Is it because of being over clocked you think?

Every chipset is different if u clock to high it lags unless u have a stability buffer which unfortunately there isn't one for the bionic like there is for the DROID 4 an RAZR so when u overclock ur phone maybe be able to handle more than others an other bionics maybe able to handle more than urs can it all about experimenting try messing with the voltages ab see if that helps

Ok thanks for the help. That's what I'll do is change some numbers.

He has a pic up couple post back it was 1200 he may have tried to go to 1300 like me an ran into problems

Even though I know how to rsd and have plenty of backups i'm still a lil worried about going that high lol

Was/am overclocked to 1200. Im going to try lowering it to like 1150.

Download set cpu an swipe over to the end an scroll down u should see an option to long benchmark it if ur number is higher than 200 ms 4 or more times in a row then u need to clock down cuz ur limping an usually ur between 350 ms an 700 ms if ur clocked to high an sometimes long benching will cause a reboot meaning u need to clock down

Didnt I read somewhere that it is the same exact processor as Razr if so it should have no trouble with 1200. Im like you also Ill overclock just because I could no matter about battery life if you got it use it lol

Yea I don't care about battery life at all. I just want this thing to fly lol

I'm averaging about 250 on long bench test. 0 on short bench test. Also I noticed that after I rebooted my phone I list my over clock. And had to run both scripts again. Got same errors but its back up to where I want it. Do I need to ( after I find a good setting) to run both scripts at boot?

Edit: Just lowered it to 1150 let's see how that does...

Yeah it doesnt survive reboot just set the boot option in rom tool box scripterits all the way to the right if u were to edit it its a green circle thing don't do it for the insmod one just the overclock one

When you flash the edison zip, it puts an oppimizer script in your init.d folder (must be on a custom rom, or flash the moto-init.zip from the link i sent you earlier if your on stock). You can edit the script from there and it loads everything on boot. Just make sure their stable speeds. Also, if your stock you can moto-fastboot the system image only and wipe cache only if you bootloop. You won't lose your data.

I appreciate the thread. It would be helpful if you post the name of the developer so that one contact them with suggestions if necessary as well as acknowledge their work.
