read this OP carefully. First, no need to set your max cpu to 800 mhz .The bionic has 4 slots, so to echo to the 3rd slot makes no sense. You would want to echo to 4. And to OC to 1300 is a horrible idea. Most bionics can be stable to 1225. But 1200 probably the most you should do.

Ur wrong on this timmy echoing the 4 slot wont work u have to echo the 3 slot trust me an my bionic runs fine at 1300 it has the same chip as the razr an DROID 4 an they can be overclock to 1400 an be stable the os is compiled differently cuz it has 5 slots one for the 1200 slot that's why u can overclock to 1400 but since the bionic has only 4 it becomes unstable after 1325

Plus if it fails saying the files already exist that's ok the insmod is just there to make sure they were run on boot

I can get as high as 1250 with random reboots. After that it loops. What do you run your OC to?

Ok all the insmod script does is make sure the files are run on boot if it fails its a good thing if it doesn't it also a good thing now all u have to do is edit the max speed to ur liking

I think if u run a custom rom u will be able to clock higher cuz its been heavily deblured an the MOTOBLUR really puts stress on the cpu cuz its such a heavy UI

so i'm having issues losing sound every once in a while now. Is it because of being over clocked you think?

yes, you need to find a stable OC speed. OCing has mininal benefits and can cause an array of issues.
