that worked..but now after i do the setup within 1 minute the phone locks up completely and wont respond. i have to pull the battery and restart. I tried both chevys 1.o low volt & p3 800mhz kernel.

I would try just leaving your phone sit for 30 min after it boots up. I know after installing froyo rom, within the first 30 min to 45 min it runs verrry slow due to the phone syncing. Maybe with you operating it while it's trying to sync everything is causing it to freeze up. Also, which way did you install this rom? Rom manager or did you put it on your sdcard?

i let it sit for 45 mins...no problems now!

What is kscripts.apk? I see the file download page, but what is it? Also the GUI interface for scripts link from an earlier post just takes you to the same page you are looking at??

It's a simple GUI for running the scripts. Install it using ASTRO and then you can make any of the "goodies" changes without having to use terminal.

Both links are for the same thing.

Can anyone explain how to add the goodies working? I'm trying to get a LWP working and having issues. I installed it as a update.zip and it seemed to go fine. I then go to emulator and the command takes. However the LWP is no where to be found.

Once you run the script, go to where you change the wallpaper, choose "live wallpapers" and then choose the "neural network" one. when you set it, it should set the newly downloaded/installed LWP.

Think of it as a Neural Network replacement.

Runs outstanding can't thank enough for the great work you do. Running the green theme right now. Just a suggestion its hard for me to distinguish the white and light blue colors in the threads of my messages. I loved when it was black just a suggestion to separate the colors a little more like maybe black and green or something idk but just saying its a little hard for me idk if it is for anyone else and i should go get my eyes check lol or unless there is a setting to change the colors and I am just not seeing it. Any help is appreciated. Thanks again for all you do.

Checked that and nothing there. Did I follow the correct steps? Download goodies, put in root and rename to update.zip, install via sprecovery, run script in terminal emulator. Did I miss a step?

it just makes neural network crash for me. i even tried that toggle in settings for FC and still does it.

Firstly, awesome job on Kangerade. It's really lightning fast with the ULV 1.25 Kernel.

Just a quick note: I don't know if anyone's noticed this yet, but the top section of my Spare Parts is labelled "Spare Parts for the SHIZ". Don't know if that's an intentional homage, or just a leftover. Either way, it seems like it would be way down the list of things I'd worry about if I were developing it. Just noticed and wanted to pass it on.

Keep up the great work (you and all the other devs who keep us ahead of the game with ROMs and themes).

i still cant download from rom manager. as soon as im done clicking all my options it says rom download error in the notification bar. i tried clearing cache didnt help. i tried flashing and reflashing the two different recoveries didnt help. im just wondering if anyone has come across the same problem and has fixed it. i have been trying to dl since last night just figured servers were too busy and just wait, but now it seems like everybody has it but me

It creates a GUI interface for the goodies scripts so you dont have to go through the terminal to run them.

To install:
download apk, put on sd card, then open it using astro file manager or similar app.
then run it.

I installed it using the new "chrome to phone" feature on 2.2 by sending the metafile link to my phone!

Battery life seems to be a bit of a drain, but I'm also running at 1.1ghz. Quadrant is showing 1540 for me. I'll probably underclock it a bit more, because it's so fast even without the OC.

First time using Jrummy's rom, and so far...loving it! Thanks!

i cant download it from ROM Manager OR from your first post. When I try from ROM Manager it downloads then says "ROM Download Error" and when I try to download from here i get a 404 error.. I want green :'(

GMail Account Missing

My GMail Account doesn't display on my phone and when I go into Settings > Accounts & Synch > Add Account I don't have an option for GMail. The only account options I have are: Twitter, Corporate, and Facebook.

What do I need to do to associate my GMail account?
I installed using SPRecover.

EDIT:
I did a Factory Reset (2x) and Wiped the Cache (2x). Then reinstalled using the update.zip. That seemed to fix my problem.

It seems that the Chrome to Phone project updates the .apk every once in a while. With that said. I tried to uninstall chrome to phone in manage applications and the button to uninstall was grayed out. I also tried to uninstall with astro and couldn't. I have Root Explorer and saw where the files are located but before I deleted it I wanted to see if there was a script available or terminal commands (rmchrometophone) that I could use.

With the updating on this apk it would be easier to know the proper commands to get this accomplished.
