My kernel version is 2.6.32.9-ge13b57a w36084@ca25rhe92 #2
Side note, my phone no longer has incoming phone calls. Outgoing work. Earlier today and yesterday incoming phone calls worked fine. Tried repairing permissions and wiping dalvik, same issue still.
When accessing Settings > Sounds it crashes with the message "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped".
So, I'm going to sbf back to 3.6.8 and try that franken build out. Too many issues for me.

Other issues I'm having, When accessing Settings > Sounds, I get error message "Unfortunately, settings has stopped".
My Home button randomly stopped working, all other buttons work.
Incoming calls do not ring on my device, the screen never indicates anything related to an incoming call, and no errors are displayed.
I set my lockscreen to password lock, starting a little bit ago when the phone reboots the phone goes directly to home screen. However, when the screen times out and i power it back on, the password screen is displayed properly.
I think at this point I'm going to sbf back to 3.6.8 and track down the franken build to flash. Too many issues to continue using this atm.
Huh, I totally stand corrected. Good to know, thanks for the info. Well, hopefully Jackpot is aware of that and will give us instructions for the next build.

Actually, i believe what i am running is a band unlocked kernel. The actual kernel version is the same, but the other numbers that look different are likely due to the way i installed the kernel via zip install from clockwork rather than the official .zip or OTA install.
based on airon11's instructions, here is a merged zip file. NewICS.zip
From what i can tell so far, it does seem to work with gsm and with the camera. I hadn't seen the gummy build though, so now I have to go see what that is and if it works with GSM.
This is a bit of a side question, but does anyone know how to get a transparent status bar on the top on this version of ICS?
Other than the sound settings issue I'm still running strong. Just switched to Apex launcher to get some more options, just missing transparent status bar.
It means he's developing this because he likes to develop. He is not going to be responsible for helping you if screw up your phone trying to use it. In other words, use at your own risk.
