Actually the only problem I've run into is once you play a music track on the music widget you can't pause on the widget. Also Skype still force closes but it's done that on all 2.2 roms.

I have something similar, on the 2x4 widget, once I press play, the widget becomes transparent lol. I think it does it on all the widgets that show the progress bar.

EDIT: also on nexthang, the YouTube widget is not themed and I miss the themed Pandora in system, I guess it was removed to conserve space.

Yeah the album art disappears when I hit play too.

1) Can someone post up a couple picks of the music app and widget. I would love to see it before I upgrade

2) Whats the biggest difference between v1.1 and v4.0.7, Just upgraded two weeks ago to v1.1, trying to figure if I want to do the upgrade...

I did a fresh install but the market refuses to re-download...and Titanium restores have never worked for me without causing problems.

Restoring 1.1 for now. I'll see if I can reinstall w/out wiping.

Same here. I wiped data and cache several times and the market won't re-download my apps. I even tried re-installing it and same thing. Back to Bugless for now.

Yeah same here no auto download of my apps... not a biggie for me since I need to clean up some of them any ways. I like the NexTang theme too much as well to switch back been waiting on this theme for my Droid

Okay I went back to 1.1 and then installed 4.0.7 over it without wiping. Worked like a charm. Applied jrummy's wifi icon fix and bang. We're in business. w00t.

Big problem. I have kangerage v1.0 and downloaded the 4.0.7 nextang all well and good. Booted into recovery via rom manager to let i it do its thing and it failed. I have since tried fix permissions, flash alternate recovery (sprecovery) and then back to clockwork and no go. I also tried to flash any older version of clockwork and it says an error occured while trying to flash any older recovery. Help! I want nextang!!

Just a quick note: I just came back from running errands all over town. Had slacker running while I was doing this; my phone's been off the charge for 3 hours and still has 90% battery life. dancedroid

I haven't seen my battery run this efficiently before. It's freaking me out :icon_eek:

I just tried changing my wallpaper a LWP and it forced closed on me. Got this info from the logs:

According to the logs the nexus(neural network) LWP is missing from the build. I tested all the other LWPs (Galaxy, Grass, Magic Smoke, Many, Maps, Polar, Spectrum, VU meter, Water and Waveform) work just fine. Minor oversight IMO, since everything else is freakin cherry If anyone knows how to slip that LWP that'd be cool. If not no big deal let's just make sure its not forgotten in the next version.

Btw, Green theme is so freakin sexy man, great work!

OK, downloaded and installed:

• SPRecovery
• Strawberry Kangerade
• Wiped cache but did not wipe settings
• P3 1000 LV Froyo kernel
• Titanium backup
• Sweeter Home build 825 as launcher and home replacement.

Everything went just fine, I'm really glad to have the theme back (it's the little things, you know?).

General report:

• GPS and Maps working fine
• Market and apps-all there and syncing just fine. Did not need to go to Titanium.
• WiFi and 3G were indicating functionality and showing IP, but were not actually working. A reboot fixed that, and all is working fine now. Haven't installed the tether notification fix yet, but will probably get to that tomorrow morning.
• No camera issues. Photos look normal and clear.
• Second reboot to fix the data issue went really fast; one of the faster boots I've experienced.
• This seems to have fixed a widget issue I was having with Sweeter Home, where widgets that were not constantly polling data would freeze and not function (Beautiful GPS, etc.)
• Pandora seems to load very quickly, and this is the first time I've actually seen the widget work properly (and repeatably).

More details after I play with it a bit, but no issues to report, and again, I'd like to extend sincere thanks to all involved.

Now for the big question that I know is going to keep all of us awake tonight...

What's up with the version numbers? I understood Kangerade V1.0 and V1.1, then with the "built from source ROM", I kind of got the V0.3.4 (experimental beta and all), but how did we get to V4.0.7? Have I been in a coma and it's really November (or at the rate that you work, next Wednesday).

soo installed this...went to work for 5 hours. didnt touch it while i was there no automatic updating in the background for twitter or facebook etc. just email wifi off bluetooth off setcpu had it running at 250mhz ChevyNo1 lv kernel and im down to 80% battery not bad i suppose for almost 6 hours but it just seems if i dont use the phone why is it draining the battery

So just installed this rom but now it won't let me sync to my regular google account for gmail like it doesn't even show the option to connect to the account, and doesn't show up when i go to account and sync settings just shows the facebook account. And i can't open the market can anyone help me out?

What Rom did you come from and did you wipe before applying?

Installed with no problems, running just fine, used Titanium for app restore no problems with the market.
Ran the icon fix for the Hotspot issue...one small issue I lost the themed Google search when I switched to Launcher Pro from Launcher 2, would like to get that themed search.
Anyone have a solution for that?

Sounds like your Google Login Service (com.google.android.gsf) is either corrupted or missing. Best to just do a full wipe and reinstall.

Came from FRF57 and no I didnt.
