I've been downloading this from Rom manager for over an hour and still at 66% I cancelled and try one more time and it took almost 2 minutes to go from 0-1% Anyone else with this issue?...

Installed with no problems, running just fine, used Titanium for app restore no problems with the market.
Ran the icon fix for the Hotspot issue...one small issue I lost the themed Google search when I switched to Launcher Pro from Launcher 2, would like to get that themed search.
Anyone have a solution for that?

There are links to themed versions of Launcher PRO for every color on the First page of this thread, check towards the bottom of the first post. dancedroid

just used rom manager to dl the rom w nextang..worked perfect..actually dl'd faster than any other rom.

I'm rebooting my phone... I hope that helps

all i want is to get apps to sd to work..there is no script in the kangerade app and when i go to terminal emulator and type...su ...a2sdon ..i get this..sh: cant open pm apps2sd has been set on .. but when i go to applications i do have the options to move to sd? Other than that everything runs nice and smooth.

edit: would the older script app work with this rom? if so where can i get it?

I'm trying to install this rom on my girlfriends droid. I downloaded the pink themed tang and renamed to update.zip put it on root of sd card. tried to install with sprecovery and get this.

"Can't open /sdcard/update.zip"
(bad)
"Installation aborted"

What's wrong?

all i want is to get apps to sd to work..there is no script in the kangerade app and when i go to terminal emulator and type...su ...a2sdon ..i get this..sh: cant open pm apps2sd has been set on .. but when i go to applications i do have the options to move to sd? Other than that everything runs nice and smooth.

Same here..it sucks lol guess ill be manually moving everything for now

Rom Manager its just not working for me, I'm installing with CWM took less than a minute.

What's wrong?

Assuming your have a windows machine and have WinRAR installed. Open the zip file and hit the "TEST" button. If it fails, you have a bad copy. Try downloading the ROM again.

Big problem. I have kangerage v1.0 and downloaded the 4.0.7 nextang all well and good. Booted into recovery via rom manager to let i it do its thing and it failed. I have since tried fix permissions, flash alternate recovery (sprecovery) and then back to clockwork and no go. I also tried to flash any older version of clockwork and it says an error occured while trying to flash any older recovery. Help! I want nextang!!

In caes someone has this issue I fixed it. un installed Rom manager, did a battery pull, re installed, flashed newest clockwork and now its installing. Weird how it wouldn't before.

question about apps2sd for you guys. Do I need to partition SD card for that if I use Kangerage scripts? And What about widgets and such not working? And the market not updating them since it doesnt see them on my phone. that would be a deal breaker. thanks
