I don't really like the icons on the bottom of the home screen though with LauncherPRO, so is it possible to turn that off and have the regular bottom (the dots for the home screen pages, phone icon, launcher icon, browser icon, dots for the home screen pages)?

Yep. Just long press on the left-most icon and select homescreen indicator (or something like that) and then previous homescreen. Do the same forward rightmost and select next homescreen. It is EXTREMELY customize-able.

So far I love everything about Kangerade, especially the Droid X theme, however I can't use it as my main theme because I'm having issues with the camera. Specifically the camcorder, which force closes everytime I hit the record button. Please help me, I want to use this as my main ROM! Thanks in advance to anyone who helps!

I am on 5.0.9 with DX theme and cannot reproduce the issue; camera takes pix and 'corder takes view, with no FCs. Maybe try a fresh install with wipes of data, cache, and system?

So you're able to record video with the camcorder and play them back? hm.. Maybe I should just do multiple wipes and reinstall perhaps? I mean I have tried to do that already, except I used Rom Manager to wipe data and cache and to install it. Did you install it manually? Now that I look at it, Rom Manager may be my problem.. Thanks for replying though!

Yep, record and playback. RM might be the issue, but I don't know. I never wipe with that. I always wipe through the partitions menu in recovery, wiping data cache and system. And I never install through RM either, I do it all through recovery. Nothing against RM, just habit because sometimes I'll install a ROM and a kernel in one go and I like that control.

I just upgraded from v1.1 and I love it. This ROM is very fast and responsive compared to v1.1. I have had no issues with anything so far. I did not do a wipe, and just saved all apps and data via Titanium Backup. I didn't have to restore anything and its flawless :icon_ banana:

I did an app backup via Titanium and downloaded 5.0.9 (pink theme) over the 4.07 (I think that number is right) after a CM backup through ROM manager. When it came up every program hung up or froze completely. I restored the 4.07 but would really like to go back up to the 5. I don't think I did a wipe between since it was an update. Any suggestions? One thing different was I applied Beautiful Widgets Live Weather wallpaper...maybe that was a problem? Anyway, I'll probably try again. FYI..I LOVE the ROM manager choices to change the boot screen, font, etc. rather than do them manually but the boot screen and live wallpapers did not apply (the font did). Hmm. Anyway...love this ROM so will wait til AM and try again!
