It's not as simple as that... If I'm not mistaken you will need to get s-off in order to downgrade the firmware in order to downgrade. There's a couple tutorials.on it...look for the one by Mr smith.

I just bought a GSM Nexus from Google Play. Sick of VZWs BS. Even with the price of phone, ETF and $45/mo plan from StraightTalkSim (Att or Tmo), I am still saving money on my monthly bill. I really like HTC, but I need timely updates and I just think there is more freedom on GSM these days, I can care less about 4g LTE. If everything goes alright I will be selling my stock Rezound on Swappa or eBay...going to miss this awesome phone though, HTC is the best of the best.
