Yes there are a lot of downfalls to the Nexus IMO. I hope the GSM radio isn't junk like the radios on CDMA Samsungs. I have had a handful of bad CDMA Samsung devices.

Being able to switch between GSM every month for the best price, updates straight from Google, no carrier bloat or BS, and the money savings on cell plan, and more early termination fees or contracts makes it worth it to me to switch. I am sacrificing unlimited 4g LTE, but Att HSPA+ is pretty fast where I live, and I only get very slow VZW 3g in my town anyways.

Interesting, there is a video online showing the Rezound running ICS with Sense 4.0 (shows the about phone screen). I guess it could be faked, IDK.

As far as Jelly Bean, wont happen I personally should be rooted by then and looking for a new model.

The Data plan doesnt bother me, I use less than 2GB a month even though I am unlimited. I use Wifi everywhere except when I am on the road. Plus I am looking forward to the family share plans (if they price them right), if not then I will be probably going pay as you go with a GSM model.

No, I think there are Sense 4 ROMs out, but it is not really Sense 4. It is cobbled together by hand.

No it is really Sense 4 ported from a number of sources, but it is most definitely Sense 4. I used to run the initial Sense 4 ROM. As with everything else, the ROM devs just made it better..

I just got off the phone with a Verizon rep.not that that means much.supposedly ice didn't get released for the resound because it is supposedly going to get sense 4 also.ill believe all of Verizon and HTC bull when it actually happens.until then ill enjoy the leaks that get put out by all of the wonderful people who put them out.
