Battery drains fast!

Where I work its a really bad signal area, I had a problem with my droid 2, every one has signal problems there. My battery lasts pretty good. I was on it today, on the market, facebook, twitter, email and texting. It lasted pretty well, a hell of a lot better than my droid 2

Is that all WIFI time or is there some 4G mixed in? I can get results like that with WIFI but as soon as 4G kicks in it drops dramatically. When 4G is on I always get decent speeds and haven't experienced any drops but for there is a huge difference in WIFI battery consumption vs 4G. It's almost twice the consumption to use 4g.
It mostly wifi but also some 4g.

I just flashed Android Revolution. Hopefully I see some better battery life like it says it will improve. I'll report back in a day or two:)

Here's an update. Not rubbing it in just posting. Fyi when I had the bionic my battery lasted no more than six hours before it was completely dead. That's part of the reason I returned it. My friend's bionic lasts twelve hours no problem. Very frustrating.

Just a pure guess here, but judging by how low the screen % is and how high the idle % is, im thinking there is A LOT of down time with those numbers ^^.

Yeah most definitely a lot of downtime because phone idle and cell standby are high. Mine is not 3rd on the list. With my screen off of course I get over 15 hours on a charge.

Lol I'm not trying to set a record here. I'm not avoiding using the phone at all. I've streamed Pandora over bluetooth for a few hours (of course the screen is off), done some texting, some calling, even spent enough time on these forums that it popped up on my battery readout. I even streamed the first half hour of 300 over Tversity. No I haven't been constantly on the phone all day, but this is not abnormally low usage for me at all. This is what I would call moderate to normal usage.

There's the update.

Like I said before I think the big difference is that while I was using the phone quite a bit (streaming through bluetooth) the screen was not on for much of that. The screen is what drains the battery. Apparently running 10 apps in the background with the screen off uses less energy than just sitting there with the screen on doing nothing. My OG droid was completely the opposite. Anything that used the proc absolutely killed the battery. Playing a tower defense game for 1 hour would take the battery from 100% to 10%. Thank goodness for technology that isn't the case anymore.

Today not too bad. Moderate usage. Please post both screens everyone so we know screen on time and wifi.

Edit: this is with extended battery
