[ROM] [BETA] CyanogenMod 7 for the Droid X

Has anyone experienced the sound of notifications constantly going off when downloading from the market? Also, has anyone experienced constant vibrating when making or taking calls? These problems seem to plague me even after I have updated to the seventh and eighth nightly

Dont know about the sound, but...
go to Settings>Call Settings, and you'll see the options for the vibrating you dont like.

I'm very new to cm7 and I'm not sure how to do some things.

How do I get the notification bar on the bottom.

There is only three themes how and where can I get more themes.

Thank you

Yes, once its flashed to the phone, it can be deleted. The zip is only there so the phone can extract the necessary files and install them in the system. After that they're just taking up space.

cm7 has it's own method of getting into recovery, so using the bootstrapper will cause problem.
If you decide to go to apex or liberty, you have 2 options. You can sbf. or...you can use the teamblackhat app to download the all in one 596 updater.
