If im running rooted stock 4.5.602, can i just flash this over and still work fine?

no, you must be on froyo .340 for this build of cm7

you might try the cm7 gb build, but it was based on .596 so I'm not sure if .602 will cause issues (did see one person who said it worked for them)

may be a good idea to wait til the devs finish merging the official build with the gb, it's supposed to automatically detect the kernel your running and update only if needed

No they haven't yet but rev has a few new nightlys up.

I'm still happy with revnumbers cm-gb, bit I'm watching the official cm changelog as well. Only been a couple days since they got back in action on the nightlies.
