Google Voice will not update neither will Youtube, I really dont care about youtube but the Voice I would like to update.

Uninstall the apps using Titanium (or however else) and then reinstall via the market. That should fix your updating issue.

Whenever I have trouble updating a Google app, I use SUFBS or Root Explorer to mount /system rw, go to the /system/app directory, rename or delete the offending apk, remount /system ro, reboot then go back to the Market and install the app.

If this has already been mentioned, my apologies. I looked thought this entire thread and didn't see it.

On the Notification Power Widget, bluetooth and sound remain there even if I uncheck those two as options. If I check either one then they appear in the pull-down twice. I prefer to not have them on there (I like only having WiFi and GPS there).

Just curious, are we going to wait for UD2.6 for some of these things to be fixed or is there gonna be a simple path like UD2.5.1? I'm running 2.3 cause of the keyboard and the phone app.

And just to be clear, I'm not complaining, just wondering.

Forgetful me....I kept deleting the app from system/app directory but never re-booted. I missed that step and now all is well!

hmmm im running a slayher 1.20ghz running at 1.2ghz with compache manually enabled, didnt work when it wasnt enabled and i have the slayher low 7 slot, wonder if thats the problem =/

try out one of these kernels.

Built in OCing not working. Would not clock up past 600, confirmed this with SystemPanel and SetCPU. Once I made the changes in SetCPU it worked...

Really liked that feature but its nothing SetCPU won't fix.....

Has compcache been fixed?

Try rebooting, then download. happened to me last night when I removed the Facebook App within UD settings. Had to reboot before I could download and install the new one.

Same way you would with any other kernel.

But there are still issues with compcache not autostarting if you havent figured it out yet.

You have to flash the slayher compcache update first.

go to terminal type

SU
compcache start (will give you an error saying file already exists)
type compcache stats (will show you stats if everything was done right)

compcache is enabled until you restart your phone.

I was getting a little. Then I decided to go "naked" with no kernel swap or compcache, just stock UD. I am much happier now. dancedroid
