Well technically its a galaxy s on t-mobile. But how does he now have such awesome download speeds? The symbol even shows 4g. On 3g 1 mb download speeds are decent, how do you explain 8mb?

Well the symbol is irrelevant as it can be changed very easily. Fascinate was built for a CDMA network which T-Mobile doesn't have. But if you actually mean its a SGS than that phone already has 4g capability on that network. (SGS4Gr)

As for our D2G, they are not capable of using 4gLTE.

Tmo uses HSDPA+ for their 4G, which is actually 3.5G. HSDPA+=High-Speed-Data-Packet-Access-Plus. Hence 3.5G! Fascinate and D2G alike use CDMA, although our Droid Globals do support GSM (Global-System for Mobile).

No, theyre still going.... Been working on DPro and I had messed up my build tree so it wouldnt compile for 2 days O

I have been having settings issues. My settings don't change untill after i reboot. Sorry if this has already been talked about, haven't read every single post. Everything else is working great though, love it.

I think I may need help. My phone was fine for the first 48 hour, but as of this morning everytime I make a call I can't wake my screen and have to do a battery pull. Even after the pull the same thing happens on the next call...

zswiss I had that same problem running August 2nd's build, so I just wipe data/cache and flashed the 5th's and everything was fixed beautifully.

I am on 8/5. It was doing it when I was on 7/31 too. Just saw that there is a 8/8 out now, and I am going to try that when I get home. Thanks for the help

If anything zswiss wipe everything and install twice, because I'm pretty sure I did that twice without realizing it too.
