Also, as far as the MMS fix, it seems that it works with incoming mms only... out bound isn't working as far as I can tell. seeing if i can tweak it again.

I followed the instructions and after the boot logo, the screen goes black and stays there. cannot seem to get back into clockwork recovery either.

Msu why would he sbf to 621? That would really screw him up. He just needs to do the 602 sbf and he'll be good to go because he's on either 602or 605 now. He didn't take the 621 update.

Hey all, found a fix for MMS! You need to unzip these, change the permissons to rw-r--r--, and place them in the /etc/ folder with something like Root Explorer! Enjoy! I have my nTelos MMS issue fixed! dancedroidwoot woot DancingNexus

If you are using Root Explorer (paid) or something like Root Browser (free) and move the file to the correct place you then long press on it and there will be an option to change the permissions. There is a grid and you set them according to the pattern rw-r-r it.

Whoops, sorry about that.

I updated to the latest yesterday and then tested Bluetooth in my car and the sound was all garbled. Just a fyi.

So thing that are not working correctly or not at all.
- Bluetooth not correctly
- MMS, can't receive.
- in battery area, it only shows discharge. Does not show the apps percentage below that.
- camera, but that obvious

Did you accidentally download the D2 zip? It looks like the D2 version is mistakenly linked in the OP. Get the DX version in the "older builds" link at the bottom of the OP.

I was able to do a restore back to an earlier from I had flashed. Vortex from with an ics theme. Then I was able to restore again to the CM9 I had a nandroid back up of. Should I wipe everything and install the rom for the DX?

I accidentally flashed the D2 .zip as well and it didn't seem to have any detrimental effects on my DX. I just downloaded the DX .zip, wiped my cache partition, and flashed the correct .zip and all is well.

So you didn't have to wipe data? Just the cache and dalvik? Is there any difference between the D2 and DX one?
