one thing i find odd here ... how does a MAC address change ? i've connected the phone to my router (i have MAC filtering set), but every time i disconnect then try to reconnect it won't connect, reason being that the MAC address on the phone is changing each time.

i thought a MAC was a hardware/fixed address ?

edit:

my wifi is screwed up and i need root to fix it ... seems this is a known problem with folks that have rom'd before.

I have been running this build for about a week now and i love it! the only issue i have is when my fiance sends me a really long text message(she uses US Cellular) it acts like an MMS, it will not let me download it. just sits at downloading. Minor annoyance but i thought i would report it. thank you for all your hard work!

Does anyone know if the button mods that were released with firstEncounter's ICS ROM work with this one? I prefer the way it looks over Button Savior or Zmooth and they don't have the mutli-tasking button that I've found I use a lot more than I thought.

When downloading the new builds do you need to download the gapps again? Also just wipe and flash over?

No you don't need to install gapps again. Just install the update and DON'T wipe data you can just wipe cache partition and flash the updated rom zip.

Alrighty, I'm pulling down the new version.

I have a couple questions.
- Why is my MMS not working. I get txt with pic in it from people on Verizon, yet I can't see the pic nor can I download it???? This is annoying.

- If I want to go back to stock or lets say Gingerbread, what do I sbf? Friday I was trying to sbf back to .602, yet it wasn't working. I seem to be running fine, but have had a couple reboot and lock ups.

Sbf to .602 but make sure you wipe data in stock recovery after you sbf.
