I believe I've set this up properly....but can't seem to figure out how to run the RUNME.bat?! It's a txt file, how do I run it?

Sure. Now get rid of the .txt on the end of it and run it.

Yes, that was all. Plug in your phone, turn usb debugging on, run the script.

Yup. Just understand the risk please. If this process doesn't work, and there have been a few failures for people, it will mean a full FXZ which will wipe your phone. I want you to understand what you're getting into. This worked for a LOT of people but it's not without risk.
