First, thanks to samuriHL for the mechanism to update my Bionic to ICS (232). Very cool!
I vowed to wait for the OTA release, but couldn't take it anymore - especially since both of my son's got the ICS OTA updates on their RAZRs.
The 232 update is running smoothly, with one exception. When powering the phone on I get the boot screen with the header that says "ap fastboot (s) (flash failure)". This is no big deal, as I leave the phone on most of the time and, if I do need to restart, I can start up through the recovery screen. Is there any easy way to fix this - other than redoing the install? If not, I have no problem waiting for the official release.
One other thing - I'm still at 1.0 ghz. Should this release have upped my phone to 1.2 ghz, or is that a change I need to make manually?
