Sam I appreciate the warnings, but I am the one who has never been able to get an ota update since new. Did factory reset too many times to count and still unable to OTA. Verizon could learn a few things from the Sam.

Ah right, I remember your unique situation now. Sorry, I support and deal with more people than you can imagine. But I remember your details now. Yea, if you're comfortable with the HoB and the process, go for it.
Check with a file browser on your phone and see if the update is being pushed to /sdcard-ext. If not, reboot both your machine and your phone and try again.
Sorry, but 232 working perfectly for me. Don't know what you loaded but I think your Bionic has indigestion Go back to your last 232 Nandrid and clean it up. What! No nandrid you say! Then do a factory reset and start clean! 232 still lives :icon_ banana:dancedroidDancingNexus:biggrin:
People can stop PM'ing me about their Norton software now. I get it. Norton is flagging the HoB as a potential threat. It's a false positive and nothing I can do anything about. I can assure you that my files aren't infected so if your antivirus or security software is flagging them, it's a false positive and should be reported to your AV provider. Thanks!
