DROID RAZR and RAZR MAXX Jelly Bean Update Rolling Out?

The link from My Droid Files was the wrong size to be the reported JB update. I went to the link from CrackFlasher - it is in the folder OTA and then XT921 - 4.1.2. This file is the right size and appears to be updating my phone to JB as I write. I'll let you know if I run into any problems.

What app do i use to start the upgrade and which file begins the upgrade?

Update won't work for me. I wiped cache twice in recovery mode. Says something like invalid argument

Did you have "allow USB debugging" and "allow unknown sources to install" checked off? Needed to be on stock, .211. Try downloading file again directly to SD card from Foxcat's mirrors and move the file with file manager to external storage, see what happens.

There is no app to start update, simply download file, read my previous post above.

I downloaded blur zip file, copied it to SD card, allowed usb debug, allowed unknown sources, extracted zip on SD card, but nothing happened

Don't extract..leave file as is and move to ext-sd

There's a little more to it than just downloading to ext-sd. Use this and go to the part where is it says class 3..I believe you mentioned you were stock ICS

Also make sure you back everything up before installing.

Heard from a reliable source that Motorola is doing a JB soak test for Razr & Razr Maxx very soon. And those who got/have the 12/24 release will get the ota version when it's released.
