[APPS] Droid X/2 Overclock App - Easy & Noob friendly ;)

hello i had this app for a few days and i installed a new rom now its not in the app market can some one help thanks, i tried to install using app brain still no go

in my testing i tried to go down to 200mhz. setcpu is showing my minimum at 300 still and will noly go to my 1300, 500, and 800 slots. anybody else get 200 working ?

ok and my second edit. here are the values im using in advanced settings. with the stage fright options turned on (i dont have a clue what that means, but theyre on) im getting quadrant scores between 2500-2800

1.3 max/64
900/54
600/48
300/26

no reboots yet. quadrant again over 2500, ran a few flash sites no problem. we'll see in the long run...
Does anybody know what the voltages are for Ultra low, low, high? He did say what the voltages are for stock in the help.

Also, can I run at below 200Mhz to save battery when the screen is off? Will that make the phone unstable?

I would be interested to know this as well

dont know about going under 200, but the voltages are as follows.

1000/62
800/58
600/52
300/32
these are the stock slots/vsel
this can be found in the help section of jrummys app. also, i went into data/data/com.jrummy and found ultra low mean a decrease of 4 vsel, low a decrease of 2, standard no change, high +2

im currently trying to run as ulv as possible and squeeze 1.2 out of it. lots of experimenting, 0 success being 100% stable yet.

Wow, threadjacking someone else's thread to promote your own app.....pretty lame if you want my honest opinion.

Indeed it is lame but I suspect many people don't realize they don't have to pay to overclock their phones. And I don't gain anything with it, there's no ads, no nags, and donations are minimal. There's just code, which, btw, jrummy is using.

Sorry for the trouble, this will be my last publicity stunt.

Milestone overclock on rubix = force close central for me.

Could by the settings. Dunno, I an running @ 1.45ghz medium voltage on Rubix 1.0 and the phone SCREAMS....no problems at all for the past 3 days. Using Jrummy's overclock.

Milestone Overclock is not Jrummy's app; it's another overclocking app.

I know, I was just pointing out that I use Jrummy's. But settings do/could have alot to do with it.

And not all phones are created equal, some may run a big overclock where some may not.

I have been 100% stable, but Ive seen other people not get over a 1.1ghz overclock without issues.

Gotcha. No, I was only doing some very mild undervolting; nothing that hasn't worked with every other method. The program itself seemed unstable, not the system or other apps.

Just using the preset medium voltage, 1.45ghz overclock.

Im also running Rubix 1.0 ROM, which will make a difference, but that also varies between phones.
