I tried running the app on my Droid X but whenever I try to set scaling frequencies, after a while, my phone says that the app is not responding and gives me an option to force close or wait. I currently have the stock rom, is that the problem?
Thanks!
So, has anyone been able to get custom settings to load at boot?

pretty sure, without asking that u&me=custom settings, as we think alike
anywho what settings are you using?

I'm not entirely sure what you're saying, sorry. I can't get a custom preset to load at boot. It works fine when I initially run it, and when I run it manually after a reboot, but it doesn't autoload at boot like it should. Everyone else here seems to be running the hardcoded presets, so I was asking if anyone has been able to successfully get custom presets to load at boot.
My custom settings, by the way, are as follows:
1000 at 52
800 at 44
600 at 33
300 at 20
Also, in case anyone else hasn't noticed, the hardcoded presets which are supposed to be stock frequencies aren't stock. Stock is as follows:
1000
800
600
300
but the "stock" presets in the program are:
1000
800
500
350
It's not a big deal, but it might causes issues under certain circumstances.
EDIT: So I've been running rubiX 1.0 (fission base) but I just tried this app on rubiX blurry (stock /system base), and custom presets don't survive a reboot on it either. Anyone _not_ having this problem???
Does anybody know what the voltages are for Ultra low, low, high? He did say what the voltages are for stock in the help.
Also, can I run at below 200Mhz to save battery when the screen is off? Will that make the phone unstable?
Well, I got my Droid X 3 days ago and have worked non stop (besides normal work + school :-/ ), and I am happy to bring you Droid X/2 Overclock.

Currently you can Choose to set your frequencies at boot and in real time. It's just as good as an instant kernel installer to get your custom frequency and voltage whenever you want, instantly.
Check it out on the market or GET IT HERE
This is just the beginning, more customization to come as an advanced option and more extras are in the works
