Yes Hello , heres my 2 Cents. I m thinking only time you want to clear the dalvik catche is if you change boot logos or boot animations a lot. Apparently I had done so and ended up looping on boot logo. Sbf'd back cleared the dalvik in Clockwork and have kept same boot/logo/animation, since. I don't know if this matters , but I noticed ur on a Droid X, so just to be sure b 4 u Brickles, I would check DX Forum.:icon_censored: Ptree.

Yeah, I didnt wipe the dalvik. I flashed it and basicallt all was good. A couple things didnt work as first, but a couple reboots fixed it, Is that normal?

Only things not working now that Ive noticed so far is Swype, which Id really like back, It just doesnt work, no errors I have the keyboard and it works as a keyboard but doesnt swipe. and when Im in a forum and you do a search this thread or search this forum, anything with a dropdown I believe, The Keyboard will pop up quick and go away or the seach box closes and the keyboard stays. Dont know if these have been noticed yet.

I found a swype fix so Ill give that a try.

Also if I flash a theme and dont like it I just restore the backup I made before it instead of having to wipe and reflash the ROM, thats ok right?

Question. Im thinking about trying this ROM with the epic blue theme. I would like to change the battery icon in the notification bar. My question is, how many levels does show? From all the pictures Ive seen, it appears to be increments of 10. Also, how many charging icons are there? Thanks guys.

Just started this myself so I could be wrong, I was also going to flash that theme too I just havent yet. The standard liberty increments are 10 so I dont think that will be different. With Liberty you get like 5 different icons, but I dont know if they can be used with themese or not. Also in the addons section with the epic theme there is a link to a speedometer battery icon too.

I really like the icon I have with third eye and fission/fusion, so I was going to remake it in metamorph. Im just not sure of all the icons i need to make. Here a pic of what I want.

To get back to stock bootlogos/animations, just use the Liberty Toolbox to put the stock ones back.

Liberty runs Battery increments of 10 from 100-10, then 5% and 0%. Most all froyo and gb roms are this way now. Look around on droidpirate.com, lots of choices there, just make sure when you grab one, it has the 10% increments.

Loki, have you installed that swype fix yet?

And prior to installing a new theme, make a backup. This is so that if you don't like it or if it breaks, you can just wipe and restore. Alternatively, you can just install the rom again without wiping data, but you may have leftovers from the theme (like GoogleReader with my theme).

Yeah I installed the fix and its working now. I always backup before I flash something just to be sure, so yeah Ive restored a few backups now lol. Havent been wiping though. Im about to flash your theme actually and that blue chrome Swype to see how that is.

I cant find any weblinks that still work for the theme. Im going home on lunch, so ill redlownload it. Its 25mb, so im not sure how to get it to you.

I got it through the fission rom manager. Ill be back in about 90 minutes.

Upload it to dropbox from your phone. If you don't have it already, use this link to set up an account, which also gives us both a boost on space. Once uploaded (to the public folder), longpress the file, share, copy link, and PM that to me.

I got it! Accidentally cleared pulldown before I hit accept, and what worked was a battery pull! Should thought of that coming from a blackberry storm1 running every hybrid. One more thing tho, does liberty support landscape touch keyboard because I cannot get it to work, and there is no option?!?! Always something huh

Make sure you have auto rotate turned on both in the phone settings and in launcherpro settings.
