[DROID2] Liberty ROM - v 2.0

No launcher pro is not necessary but it's my favorite launcher. If auto rotate is on in settings, i'm not sure what else it could be. I hope someone here can help. You could try going into liberty settings and going to spare parts. Try messing with some of the animation settings. Its a long shot but I've been looking and all I can find is the auto rotate thing.

Thx will do... yeh the screen only rotates if its on the side and keyboard is pulled out. But the touch screen does pop up. And if I close the keyboard, the screen rotates back to landscape.

It should reload automatically when u add your google account, if not reboot, or do a battery pull. After that all i know to do would be to restore your backup and try again, but hopefully someone else has a better idea first

Ok, I give up... phone keeps bootlooping. It'll boot up ill hit menu and before I get a chance to click bootstrapper it reboots then hangs on black screen... any procedure to auto boot into bootstrapper so I can restore OE?

With the phone running, plug it into the charger and pull the battery. Put it back in and boot up and you should be in clockwork.

contact sync is confusing,
in liberty my contacts is stacking, why cant it "link contact" like stock does?
i cant even add phone nuber to my facebook contact, and it doesnt show my contact status update,

am i missing something?
 
Thanks all! I was able to boot into bootstrapper recovery after letting phone sit off for a while. Put rooted froyo backup and wifey said no more ROMs on her phone... ill wait till gb comes out!!!... thanks for the help all... if u need anything tweet me!!!

i have no trouble loading my contact from my account, but hard to keep organized, because i cant link my multiple contact, cant edit contact from facebook account,

and how to add my yahoo account, i have search some tutorials here but no one working,
in stock i can just easily choose yahoo when adding account, why cant it done here? am i missing something?

when you are viewing a contact, to include a facebook one, hit menu/join, and you can connect it with another contact. or create a new contact, put the number on it, then join it with the facebook one.
 
2.0 not working

please help was in leaked gb rotted rom. sfb back to original. rerooted. installed clockworks. then the tool box. loaded liberty 2.0. booted into recovery. wiped data factory reset. tried to install from sd. and says no such files exist. i looked i know its there. along with the rooted gb thats on the sd card. but says none such exist what is going on.
 
When you say loaded liberty, do you mean you download it from the toolbox? If so I believe the file won't be on the root of the sd but in a folder called liberty/roms. Not sure I totally understand your question though. Are you trying to flash liberty and you can't find the file in cw? Maybe try a backup. Just to be safe
