If I chose my cell phone provider based on the quality of the website, I would NEVER have a Verizon phone. It has to be the most complicated, slow, and unreliable website I've ever had the displeasure to use.

i could not agree more...i am glad you said something cos I thought it was just me. I actually stopped using their paperless billing cos the website was so ridiculous.

This thread is stupid, 99% of you don't know why you ordered 3 battery doors for your phone.
Is someone having an actual problem with the battery door? Why 3 and not 1? I would like some more information before I collect 3 doors and have to store them for the next 2 years because there was no need to use them. :icon_eek:
How can they break? Taking the door off and putting it back on too much?

I would agree to a point, but got to remember, people would sign up for piles of dog crap as long as it says FREE.
Abuse of these things is what always gets them shut down for the people that really need it.The new doors are supposed to fit better and not fall off, so I ordered TWO because we have TWO droids. Not sure why they would even offer 3 to people who own one droid.....:blink:
Why did everybody else get 3 and I only got 1. I ordered 3 but the confirmation said just 1. I want my money back. Oh yeah that's right it was free.:icon_ devil: Still I feel cheated somehow.

Actually you guys are totally missing the point.
Droid Door 2.0 is history soon, Droid Door 2.1 will be arriving and that is why they are giving them away now, to make room for the newer better doors.
