got froyo 2.2 installed, but lost my 3g icon and internet. I can use internet through wifi only. any ideas as to what the problem is?

Installed 2.2 with a 1.2 GHz kernel, running super smooth and I can definitely notice a difference in speed overall. One issue is I cannot find Flash on the marketplace. Does anyone have the barcode or a link?

Root problem

This is really weird, so I have tried two times to get this to work with no avail.
Problem is i dont seem to have root access. when i first launched titanium backup it said i dont have root. i fixed busybox and it worked and i was on my way to install all my apps.
second thing i did was i went into MetaMorph to see if i still had the same problem with the whole not having root access, and yet again it sells me that i dont have root.
I really dont know what to do about this, i tried wiping and it didnt work.
if anyone has any advice as to what to do please send it my way.
I installed this ROM using Clockwork.
This thread seems to be rolling along quite fast so if u have any help please PM me with it i guess.

Is there a way to get Maps back on if you deleted it? I tried installing through the Market and SD card and it won't complete. Any ideas?

the way i fixed it was to flas sp recovery then reflasch clockwork and that should work

same here Krish, i have froyo running, but i can't seem to access clockwork recovery to restore CM5071, even though rom manager allowed me to flash it and according to root explorer and setcpu SU has allowed permission, Droid just sits at the M logo, any help

ok how do i stop *** mobile sites from loading ive yet to find a page i can test flash even southparkstudios.com has some mobile bull**** i hate mobile sites~!!@!

Try Radiotime.com. wuyanks posted a vid of him using Flash on Engadget, addictedgames.com. Engadget is a good test site. I'm looking at World of Warcraft Intel Moorestown video

Has anyone tried Chrome to Phone?

I haven't gotten it to work. Loaded the apk and the chrome extension and when I try and sign in the app just sits there. If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated.

So good!

Luckily, I did not see this until after lunch so a lot of things have changed over 70+ pages.

Followed instructions, loaded with clockworkmod, all is well. Loaded up my customized Helix launcher, all my apps were automatically downloaded. Even did a new kernel from P3 so have wireless.

Working like a charm. Love it.

Thanks to all those who put in the time and effort to fuel my Droid addiction.

I have the same problem, so if there's a fix, please let me know. Out of time to play with it, putting 2.1 back on for now...
