Clean Black about 90% ported! ill post pic here in a few mins. just doing some final hex edits!!!

ok one more statement n ill stop *****in...flash is garbage videos stay bufferin n dont play clean barely watchable is this still beta or what

its pretty good on wifi but theres a reason it took so long for flash to get onto our phones, dont expect it to be the same as watching on your computer.. and its still infinitely better than the flash on iphone :P

Everything you need to download is in the first post in this thread. I'm repeating some instructions for those who don't want to read 79 pages of posts, I hope this helps:

Things to remember with this release:

You must have a rooted Droid to use this ROM

Wifi and 3G now work...link: Froyo Overclocked Kernels includes *wifi* fix

The first time you run this update.zip it will take several minutes to install.

Follow the instructions like this: 1. Start with initial download; 2. Install the Flash .apk on your SD; 3. Install the P3Droid OC Kernalfor WIFI and 3G and you’ll be all set.

Those who are already rooted and saying "hey I lost SU", go to step #3 I described above
I had to run "Flash Alternate Recovery" twice before I could go back to SPRecovery from ROM Manager

For those having problems with Titanium Backup. Install the newest version of Busybox, and you should be good to go

Is WiFi Tethering in this build?
I cannot find the option to make it work if it is.

Thanks!

you gotta use one of the custom kenal updates after that you will be fine an it should work if your just looking for the option though its in settings and in wireless and network settings

Also a good amount of us had really laggy phones when getting into froyo, after about 20 minutes when the phones been running for a while it gets it's speed back and it's darn snappy

I'm absolutely ****** TEETERING on the edge deciding whether or not to do this so soon before the release. I'd personally feel more comfortable waiting for the actual release but ***** FLASH 10 OMG OMG OMG lol.
I did a manual update awhile back for 2.1 on my droid and I've had this problem(a bit irrelavent to the thread) where when I turn on my phone it would say "no sd card detected some apps can't run normally" or something that so I'm hoping 2.2 MIGHT Solve that issue.
Is it true that with 2.2 you can transfer things from your phone to the pc WITHOUT USB OR IS THAT ONLY CERTAIN THINGS??? I'm not sure..

MOD Edit; Quit bypassing the filter...

I think thats PC to Phone with ChrometoPhone. I cant get it to work tho. Been trying all morning. There are apps u can use right now to do it over Wif on 2.1

While I'm not in it, here could be a good test for all of you, here is a short list of apps updated on my Droid that in the updates stated apps2sd support:

Jewels
Gem Miner
3 (Cubed, music player)

so at least you can install if not already having these three and see if you have the option ...
No option to move on 3 Cubed. Do I have to format the SD card first?

1. Make a backup of your current ROM.
2. Download the P3DF-CW.zip file from above.
3. Extract folder named 2010-06-05.06.15.32
4. Place folder 2010-06-05.06.15.32 in the /sdcard/clockwork/backup folder on your sdcard
5. Restart phone in recovery
6. Go to nandroid, select restore, select the above folder and press the camera button.

thats exactly what i did and still on moto logo screen after reboot

a little treat for everyone:

BLUETOOTH VOICE DIALING WORKS
Yep, all the complaining about it not being there in previous versions, finally paid off and it was written in to 2.2. Seen that when the SDK was released. It's about time, that's for sure!
