Launcher Pro works even smooth on froyo its amazing!! all the market Fc's and launcher Fc's fixed themselves over time? because i don't get them anymore and its running super smooth. Although i still wish droid would run homescreen smooth with live wallpapers.
im having an issue bringing up recovery mode. i've extracted both the files correctly. to bring up recovery do i just hold the X button while turning it on? all i'm getting is a "!" with the picture of my phone. can anyone help?
Has anyone noticed whether any of the kernels run cooler than others? The 800 mhz kernel is running a lot hotter than bekits 800 mhz kernel on bugless beast.

Phone is running great, all apps reinstalled with no issues, looking for a wireless tether app, I can certainly wait for that one. This is outstanding..to MDW and P3 and all the rest of the wizards out there, thank you very much! I was not excited about this until I loaded it and found out how big of a change it is. Only issue I had was once I got titanium backup loaded...all my backups were gone had a big zero, but I just went and found them all....thank you thank you thank you
aldiko has the dot-dot-dot on book titles like koush's rom has.
other one's a bit more of a prob if you like monitoring temps and playing games. temp monitor seems to refresh the screen at the interval you set in preferences. what it does is in astro you'll see the icons refresh every sec, or playing games, the game will reset every 5 seconds.
other than that i've got no problems.
btw running with 1Ghz kernel. does take a bit longer to charge though than bb1.1 at 1Ghz.
well its easy to get maps back just go to sp recovery and do another restore of 2.2 and itll bring maps back. ill just ignore what it says on the market.

The first time you run this update.zip it will take several minutes to install.
Follow the instructions like this: 1. Start with initial download; 2. Install the Flash .apk on your SD; 3. Install the P3Droid OC Kernal for WIFI and 3G and you’ll be all set. Those who are already rooted and saying "hey I lost SU", go to step #3 I described above.
I had to run "Flash Alternate Recovery" twice before I could go back to SPRecovery from ROM Manager
For those having problems with Titanium Backup. Install the newest version of Busybox, and you should be good to go
If you have a fresh install and think your phone is really lagging badly, hang in there, it’s doing the sync of apps and contacts. Give it like 20 minutes and even at 800 mhz you will be amazed how snappy it becomes.
Followed these to a T. Downloaded from the first SPRecover link. Wiped everything. Chose the backup, selected system and recovery. Booted up, Synced my Contacts, downloaded SetCPU and it said no root access detected. The SuperUser App was gone. So I installed the 1200mhz Kernel from the link you specified ^^, and still a nogo. Must I use Clockwork? What's up?
Hey guys, fantastic ROM! Couple of issues I've noticed so far and hoping for a resolution...
I've had this ROM on here for a few hours and Market is unbelieveably slow. No lie, opening Market, searching for an App, and telling it to download takes 5 minutes.
Also, Maps and a few other applications refuse to install. I did delete Maps in /system/app/ and tried to redownload and it's still not working.
Lastly, downloaded the 1250mHz kernel and SetCPU only clocks to 1100. Is there an issue with the 1250 kernel, SetCPU, or did the 1250 kernel get hosted as the 1100mHz?
Hopefully there are others seeing these issues too. Any testing that needs done, please let me know. I know adb and I'm not a n00b to Andorid like some of the others on here (regardless of my low post count
