Just for another perspective on battery life/heat. I've been running 4 hrs with about 20% battery loss running at 1.2 ghz with moderate/heavy usage. And temps seems a lot cooler than when I was running the same speed on cyanogen. It only gets really hot when I try to watch flash vids. Battery I guess isn't stupendous but pretty good for running at 1.2ghz.

ok guys, I just installed this but when it boots it hangs at the M logo. I went back into nandroid recovery and it changed my recovery to clockworks or something like that...WTF?!? so then I go and try to select one of my backups and they are all gone. fortunately I made backups of my backups on the computer, but I can't even mount the sd card! Even though it says it's mounted in this clockworks recovery thing, it doesn't show up in my computer...what happened!?! please help

This worked for me! I lost SU and couldn't get it back.. Ran 'Flash Alternalte Recovery' twice, then flashed the current Clockworkmod recovery, and I can install Roms from Rom Manager now. Thanks!

flash isn't working. again, can't read all these posts. every time i try there are 3 more PAGES. what am i doing wrong? 2.2 with 800 kernel installed.

By lost root, you don't have the SuperUser Permissions icon in your app drawer?

Try a wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition then reinstall.

Yes...Install THIS... update.zip

If it comes down as .txt rename to .zip ...

Then you will have root back (go into recovery and apply update.zip after placing on your sd card...)

Sounds like you used SPR to install...

Did you install the Flash apk?

Yes...Install THIS... update.zip

If it comes down as .txt rename to .zip ...

Then you will have root back (go into recovery and apply update.zip after placing on your sd card...)

Sounds like you used SPR to install...

thanks, will give it ago - yeah i used spr, but not from clockwork, i had it flashed already via rsd
