I meant SPR. I still had root and superuser permissions. If you lost SPR, download 'Rom Manager' from the market and you can do the above. This worked for me! I lost SU and couldn't get it back.. Ran 'Flash Alternalte Recovery' twice, then flashed the current Clockworkmod recovery, and I can install Roms from Rom Manager now. Thanks![FONT="]

I had to run "Flash Alternate Recovery" twice before I could go back to SPRecovery from ROM Manager

ok guys, I just installed this but when it boots it hangs at the M logo. I went back into nandroid recovery and it changed my recovery to clockworks or something like that...WTF?!? so then I go and try to select one of my backups and they are all gone. fortunately I made backups of my backups on the computer, but I can't even mount the sd card! Even though it says it's mounted in this clockworks recovery thing, it doesn't show up in my computer...what happened!?! please help
Try a wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition then reinstall.

I can't even install anything. I have no backups. it's like it wiped everything and left me with a completely different recovery console.

You should be able to usb mount the sdcard from Clockworkmod Recovery and try loading a new rom over.
Been lurking for the last 5 hours getting things up and running, and wanted to join and thank everyone for all the hard work and assistance throughout the thread in getting things up and running!
I had previously been running 2.01 rooted with DroidMod 1.0.
Question - I finally bought SetCPU tonight to play around with P3's 1.2ghz kernel, and was wondering what people typically keep their Min speeds at? Always 250mhz, or higher? I haven't set up the profiles yet.
THANX P3DOID and Team!!!!
- Had problem with Google Maps but recent post of update.zip let me get it back after deleting from /system/apps...
Link to the update?
Here you go:
maps-reinstall.zip
Here is the map fix for if you deleted it from system/app....like I said I didn't make this it was given to me from the great people on IRC for koush
Manually flash SPRecovery.Okay, so I got it loaded, running smoothly, apps reinstalled and all that fancy stuff....
I attempt to access recovery console in ANY way and it stops. Just sits at M, I can't access recovery.
I don't want to RSD, really don't want to.
Anyone else having this problem?
My apologies is this problem has happened and is somewhere in the 59 pages that already exist.
