I don't have my TB in front of me to see exactly what the setting is titled. But those settings that you have all checked mark is referring to the LED light next to the ear speaker right above the LCD screen, not the actually screen itself. When you charge your phone the little orange light that indicates it's charging or turns green when it fully charged is the LED that will flash for all your notifications.

I think they put the port there for docks, and the kick goes the same way simply because landscape is normally a counter clockwise rotation.

Wait - we can't view Picassa web albums?

Why would they leave that out? That's a Google app. I have tons of stuff on Picasa that I'm used to being able to view.

After a couple days heres what I think.
It's awsome
The speed is crazy and I'm in a 3G area on wifi it's as fast as my last laptop not bad at all.
Im not into the extreme gaming that some of you are but what I do have on here is very good. The golf game that comes preloaded is great I could play for hours and I bought the full version.
There is alot of bloat just crap I won't use but there is also plenty of room for what I add.
The battery is not going to last the day with constant use. Yesterday I used it more than normal and it lasted till about 9pm then I used it on the charger. Overall I think to much has been made out of the battery problem.

I'll let you guys root yours and then I'll look into the benifits. I'm sure I could speed it up but at the same time it's pretty damn fast now.

Over all I am very happy and think I made a good purchase.

The green light when it is fully charged is way to bright to keep by the bed for me. If you guys figure out how to dim it or shut it off let me know

Messaging Lag??

Anybody besides me notice the stock messaging app lagging a little when sending or reading messages? Takes a bit of time to exit the app or when you go back to scroll through messages. I did reload all of my texts apps from my Droid using MyBackupPro so maybe a format copy issue. Maybe i should delete all the texts and start from scratch?

That is really idiotic... why the hell would they have a 4" screen at 80% brightness? Dump it down to 20% and you will more than double the battery uptime... I did with my Pre-Prod TBolt.

I have to disagree....I really hate having to turn the brightness down to save battery. I don't want to have to squint to read anything. You have this big beautiful screen and it is pointless because you have to drop it to 20% to make it through the day.

Love the speed of the phone and the data.
Had to pull the batter for SMS to work properly (use my phone #, not my sim card #)
Hate the design of where the charger port is in relation to the kickstand in portrait mode. I'm convinced they did it so we spend $60 for a dock.

Anyone else think that speaker isn't that loud? Not counting the "muffle" you get with the kickstand retracted....

I think I have a bad SD card. Trying to connect it to my Vista laptop, and wow...it's easily the most frustrating thing I've had with a phone in awhile. Not to mention that Sync crapware...

Seems fairly solid...want to get rid of the bloatware although the demo of Lets Golf was kind of nice

Was hoping the TBolt would take away my sadness for cracking my OG Droid. I still miss that phone.
