So am I reading the article wrong? Or is it correct to assume that it won't be released until the Wimax and LTE networks are unveiled at the end of the year?

Well I have seen some peeps on other forums say that VZW may allow usage of their LTE before the year is over. I just hope I don't have to wait until next year for this bad boy. Like someone said, a Black Friday release would be epic.

I don't care if I get to use the 4G network; I just stopped myself from getting a Droid X because I saw this to be somewhere around the corner. I just wish the dude that took the photos had taken better photos showing us the entire device. Hopefully someone will garner some more information about it so I can start drooling fresh again.

I agree. I'd rather have a capable device and be pleasantly suprised when it's live than wait for them to come out with the entire package together.

I was smack in the middle of a Droid X vs Droid Incredible debate with myself when the leaked photos were posted. I'm 50/50 between the two, with screen size on the X and Sense UI on the Incredible being my major debate. When I saw those pics, I was in heaven.

I hope it comes out soon. I'm eager to get away from this Blackberry and into the Android world.

Yeah, it will be interesting when new information is released regarding the radio frequency for this beautiful beast, LTE would be a great addition and a dual core wouldn't hurt either...I also hope that this isn't a phone that will suffer the bing bug

Buy an original Moto Droid from eBay or somewhere till an LTE phone comes out, then you can get it with all the discounts. There is no reason to still use a blackberry.

I've considered it. Or even if I can't wait anymore, hope to time it to get one of the devices within the 30 days of release of the leaked phone. Then if I'm still that into it, switch.

One thing I hope they do is to increase the storage capacity. What where they thinking only releasing 1GB on the EVO and 8GB on the X? How silly can you get. Increase it to 32GB while still leaving room for microsd usage and I'll be happy as a clam.

Why aren't there anymore updates yet? =(

Ha! 32gigs would be sick....Go a step further and think 32 internal plus TWO 32 sd slots!

Would take some work, but certainly possible to eventually fill 96gigs. Basically becomes all your media in one portable device.

I need to find a great phone to replace the droid one. But I just now started to mod it and its a new phone now lol. I would only upgrade to a phone without the keyboard
