Gorgeous, mysterious, EVO-ish HTC device headed for Verizon

Yeah i mean i can understand the need for a Kickstand... for those of you that watch movies on your phone... its nice to set it on the desk and watch it... but only time i really watch video on my phone is while im driving (yes i know prolly not smart but im a pro at it lol) ill watch the Redzone channel if i have to go somewhere sundays during the football games... or ill watch Survivor on it since i dont have CBS... But i dont really think its nessicary in having a kickstand built in. Y not just make a protective case with a kickstand for ppl that want it.... But gotta give HTC Credit for being innovative with the Kickstand on the Evo and this phone

Could this phone be the Nexus Two. I remember before the Nexus One dropped their was speculation that t was going to VZW. With word of a possible N2 coming out before the years end maybe this is that phone.

Ok about 5 tech news sites have it posted that it's supposed to come on the 23rd. If Miami was right about the incredible launch date, hes probably right about the 23rd for the Incredible HD. I'm going to cancel my Droid X order

True. I never doubted he was wrong, I was just saying canceling your droid X order because other websites are posting stories from the same source (Miami), doesn't mean the websites give a credible reason for you to cancel your droid x order if it all comes from the same source.

i agree with what he said but if i was in your shoes i would still cancel the X order.. its a pretty for sure thing this phone is on its way and i would certainly bet on it if i had to..

They have incorrect info (according to this thread). They say its "unlikely" that it is coming out the 23rd. I believe (hope) it is coming out on 23rd.

oh i gotcha, ya i have faith.. like we all are thinking this phone would be pretty pointless coming out in 2011 with all the LTE choices.. as it is he seemed to hint its pointless because of LTE choices early next year but just because they are releasing several LTE devices (even in Jan) doesnt mean they will be high end phones..

dont get me wrong it would make sense for them to be higher end but i can almost bet the first awesome LTE phone will be the sloppy seconds from ATT's tegra 2 phone which we know wont be hitting verizon first meaning end of Q1 or later.. just my thoughts..

If HTC and Verizon wanted to be proactive (and smart) they would make this phone 4G ready. Even tho they don't have a 4G up yet, at least it could ready when we do have one.

oh.. thats just speculation on his part.. we can say this phone wasnt on the verizon leaked roadmap to but that doesnt mean it doesnt exist and isnt coming out next month.. if its the 2nd generation incredible then i find it VERY hard to see them releasing this phone without the droid title..

but lately anything is possible i certainly would not be happy if that was the case.. but then again i can do w/e i want regardless once its rooted..
