i thought he said it was operating on both cdma and lte-dual radios...this may have changed.

As far as the battery goes, i thought the back would be similar to the HD, but it may be a standard one piece. This will allow extra room for a bigger battery. I said earlier that with a slide-in battery, there is little chance for a bigger capacity battery to fit. I hope it doesn't slide-in.
Miami, have you seen it with the back off? sim card also?
thanks

It won't have a sim card lol.. Verizon doesn't use sim cards.

Oh really? My Storm has a sim card...

I meant for non-global phones.

But since I don't need a world phone...and am tired of my Storm...show me the Incredible HD!!! Where are the pictures and details? It has been an hour since Miami posted anything...and in FL...it is now nearly midnight. Oh, I hope something comes up tonight.

I wouldn't be suprised if the details and pics would be released tomorrow or this weekend. We will just have to wait.

So with DLNA you can view videos and pictures on a TV screen?

Heres a little demo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1LFwTWjEOKU"]YouTube - Sprint Demos DLNA Wireless Media Streaming to HDTV from Samsung Epic Android Smartphone

But yes, it should.

Thanks, this information is interesting, however it seems as if HDMI is easier to use and cheaper I believe. Even if DLNA is better, I wonder how much the Wifi plug-in cost vs. a HDMI cord? Thanks again though for the video...

I'd love to know how many people with an HDMI port on their phone actually use it (for more than just showing how great their phone is)???

Google TV supports DLNA so I'll play with that if possible (Getting the Logitech Revue $300 bundle soon :D)...but with GTV, no real reason to stream anything other than home movies or pictures to your TV.

Just seems like a feature that is overrated...but it's just my opinion. Maybe you guys and gals use your devices differently than I do. I want a big phone so I can watch videos comfortably on the phone...not on a TV.

wait wait wait, CDMA doesnt mean that LTE isnt possible. There are already many chipsets that have CDMA/LTE incorporated simultaneously. The new LTE handsets will have in this order of preferred speeds: LTE-3G-EVDO. No worries on the LTE front, believe me it is coming guys.

As a follow up, what I really meant to say is that the LTE handsets coming next February/march/april are going to use sim cards. I can pretty much guarantee that. Its a fact: LTE is a sim card based tech! And i don't just mean world phones either. In the next 2-4 years as the big red switches over to the more power efficient/faster LTE tech, we will eventually see sim cards in every phone: just like the rest of the world(ie europe).

What exactly does LTE do? I keep hearing people say they will pass on this phone and wait for the LTE phones coming out next year. I know for most of us we won’t have 4G in our area until 2012. So I'm really curious to know who wants to pay an extra $10+ a month for a LTE phone with no LTE service? I've even heard people say that they are paying Sprint $10 extra a month because they have an EVO that’s 4G capable but 95% of the time they are running on 3G. Waste of money I think. Help me to understand please...

If I were to get Verizon's LTE network. I would pay an extra $30/month! 300mbs down load and 80mbs up load!!!!!!!!!!!!! 20 times faster than my router!!!!!
