Not gonna say this is gonna be my next phone... I'm ordering a X for my next one. But when This comes out I will get it too.

I don't think this is the HTC Merge. I remember the pictures of the Merge having a slider.

1. Just because it has a front facing camera doesn't mean it'll be 4g. There are already phones out with front facing cameras without 4g, like the iPhone 4.

I am looking for a Dual Core with 4.3" LED, 8-16GB on board with MicroSD, Physical Keyboard, 4G, 8-10MP Camera, HD Recording & Front-Facing Camera. Am I asking for too much?

And Im leaning towards this not being the merge either, because the merge I saw was maroon and like DroidXpert said, it had a slider.

But it was rumored that HTC would release a LTE phone by years end, and vzw is testing LTE in some markets so it really isnt that far fetched. Im guessing this phone will be 1.3 ghz or higher, but just a guess.

Theres gonna be other high end handsets before the years over, some Im sure we havent even heard of yet.

I am hearing maybe 1.3 to 1.5 and im not sure of the name yet, but I can tell you. If it holds that look (colors and all) I will be all in on it. Then HTC will have a seriously popular device too

Yea, you really cant beat a brushed steel look... I just wished it had a slider. But, Im still very happy with my droid 1 and am not up for an upgrade till next Nov. By then Im sure Cray will have a 200ghz phone with a front facing 1080 3D camera and built in kegmeister dancedroid

This phone will be running Sense so it can't be the Nexus 2. Google's Nexus will always run stock Android which is the best UI.

And these 1.3ghz and up are rumors at this point. Motorola promised usba 2ghz phone this year but that might not come till next year now. Htc does a good job with software but they should leave the hardware to Motorola. I sure hope they don't put the current snapdragon in this phone otherwise it'll be outclassed by the current Galaxy S phones and Droid X/2.
