No more buzz! and gone are the 3G/4G/wifi hunting issues. I'm sure it fixes everything on that list floating around. It also seems faster (like a newly waxed car, lol).
One thing here. If you check the "USB Debugging" and use USB Mass Storage you see 2 storage areas when connected to a computer, one is MOT and the other is the SD-EXT. Which should it go to? When connected in "PC Mode" it acts as one drive, but it seems to move stuff first to the internal memory.
I want to be sure; should the zip file go to the root of the internal drive or external drive? Maybe that's why it isn't working for some.
Motorola names their files based on what version you are COMING from not where you are going. You need to be on the firmware thats in the name of the file in order for it to work.
Confirmed it does work. Make sure you have unknown sources checked. You can use the files app on the bionic to transfer the downloaded apk from the internal storage to the sd card. Just move the file to the sd card. That's it. Then after you move it, go to system updates and check for a update and bam it should ask you to update.
Since installing it I have noticed that my 4g/3g isn't dropping anymore and its alittle more zippy also. And I am not rooted. Bone stock.
