yeah something definitely doesn't sound right there. Was it the regular stock Sapphire 1.0 and google apps or another kernel or theme?
As far as stablity, Sapphire 1.0 is rock solid. Aside from the known issue with skipping tracks using the volume rocker, I haven't found anything else. The FRF22 leak was the fastest rom to date that I tried until loading 1.0. Everything is super smooth, no force closes and most importantly, NO SCREEN REDRAWS. Battery life is outstanding with average use. After 9 hrs of light to moderate use, I was at 70% using SetCPU 800MHz max/125MHz min with profiles enabled. Below is a Juice Plotter graph. The sharp drop was over an hour of my dad playing this damn fishing game I have with the screen on max brightness.
the first was stock the second was black bar themed but its saph 1.0 like right now its bootlooping i dont understand this.never had this prob with any other roms.
this looks like such a good rom but it seems to have trouble for me i wiped factory and data 3 times and cache 3 times then installed and it did it then i tried straight from rom manager downloaded then choice the bubble clear data and cache and installed that way and its just doing the same thing both times.
I am not sure if this is a proper area for this but, does anyone know how to change the power control widget on the Galaxy S theme from the green on/off to the cyan colored ones. I thought I saw something about it a while ago but I can't find it anymore. I know it can be done because jrummy has it on his gala s theme.

yeah, I'd almost bet that the kernel is the problem there. The only reason to really have a kernel OC'd that much is to run the benchmark apps for bragging purposes and that's basically a moot point with 1.0 since the Quadrant scores are useless with Stagefright being removed. I really haven't seen a need for anything over 800 with Sapphire 1.0 and ADW launcher. Heck, even clocked down to 600, it's still smooth. You could easily run this rom with no overclocking at all.
