Just flashed sapphire coming from cm6 rc2. So far, everything is great, but I am missing the gesture control of the cm6 music player. Does anyone know of a music app that allows for gestures... i.e. swipe screen to change song?

I've got a question ... when I first flashed over to 1.0 set everything up, in my excitement I forgot to make a backup of the stock theme before installing Alternate Dark.I'd like to try a new theme and I know I should do that from stock to ensure a good install. My question is: can I just find the file on my SD card and flash it without a wipe? And if so, would I have to do GApps too? Or, do I need to flash back to stock and wipe data/cache?

Reinstall base+gapps, no data/cache wipe.

Just wanted to come in and say my $0.02. I've been running Team Chaos Dark Edge for... well since it came out. I have jumped around to other Roms when 2.2 came out and keep switching back because of the theme and it ran so well. I was leary of Saphire at first so I never tried it. Well when 1.0 came out I hardly saw any complaints so last night I figured WTF and loaded it up. WOW why did I wait so long. Any way great job on the Rom and can't wait till we get a port of DE.

where in GEM settings

is the text color for the BUTTONS? I've modied the values for the notifications, the clock and a couple of others, but my buttons are still pretty much black on dark gray and impossible to read in all but low light.

I've asked the same question. No one who's asked has gotten any response at all. So, I don't think it can be changed by end users. I looked in spare parts and GEM and found nothing about button color.

I'm pretty positive that button text has to be changed in an xml file, so you would have to do it yourselves unless someone that could modify xmls would do it for you. I've just started reading and learning about modding them or I would help.

Although I use K-9 for reading my GMail, I have been getting FC's with GMail. I tried a few things to no avail, so I finally just cleared the data, and haven't had a GMail FC since I cleared the data about 12 hours ago.

+1 on the frustration for clearing data. Especially when moving between FROYO roms, it would be nice to know what is corrupt or un-expected in the data files that cause you have the force closes.
