- adblock (turns ads on or off in the browser/apps)
- camsounds (turns camera shutter/record sounds on or off)
- compcache (turns compcache on/off)
- cpuinfo (display CPU info)
- halt (shuts down the system)
- meminfo (display memory info)
- mtdinfo (display internal system partition info)
- rmapk (remove various APKs, such as amazon mp3 and whatnot)
- sysro (mounts the system partition read-only)
- sysrw (mounts the system partition read-write)
- swapinfo (displays swap space info)
- switchapk (downloads and swaps between various apps, i.e. milestone and 2.1 music, without the need to put them on the sd card)
- zipalign_apks (zipaligns ALL apks on the entire system)
- --------------------------am I just going into the terminal and simply entering the stuff outside of the parentheses or am I suppose to type su or something?? can somebody give me an example(s) of some of the command prompts(or whatever you call it) to activate some of these scripts??

Well, 22% of the 22 hours is around 5.2 hours, so it wasn't on standby that long ...
Well earlier this morning it hit 15%.
Found an option that reverses the Red and blue colors in screenshot app.
I have my Brightness set to low.(level 10)
I normally use it unless outside then switch to auto.
I always kill everything but gmail and SetCPU.(framework and keyboard is always running of course)
Some things I used was music(about an hour and a half), facebook, Speed test app, browser, texting and gmail.
I also reinstalled Quake2 and downloaded the demo over wifi.
I seen that there was a compatibility setting and Quake2 didn't run on Stock Froyo.
This is my low usage and how I test battery usage.
This can always be closer than higher usage.
I have the 125 - 800 MHz kernel installed.
Profiles: (Min 125MHz Max 550MHz)
It will delete them.

Try installing with stock theme in ROM manager first then install a theme update zip of your choice. And don't forget gapps.

After flashing custom themes I know longer have the custom gem stone boot when starting up my phone. It's back to the default one(which I also like lol) but idk why it switched :/
Perhaps a theme had a custom boot animation that it placed in /data/local?
Edit, sorry misunderstood. Something must have removed your custom animation, but it's easy to put back.
