I hadn't seen one but that would be neat. I haven't had time to even look at the droidx theme's files to see if I can figure out the xml. I want to figure out how to change the button colors.

As of 0.8.4, sapphire is no longer including google apps by default, for legal reasons. If you still wish to have the google experience installed, then please download the package below and install it as well.

Does that mean basically no maps and gmail, search? Do I rename it to update.zip?

Thanks. When I click on gem settings it force closes. When installing the rom from sd w/ rom manager, normally that long horizontal box changes from white to yellow as it's installing a rom, however that didn't happen this time. Does it normally do so? I was wondering if it installed properly because it went so fast. I reflashed and it was really quick again

Is it possible to change the battery icon to show 20% increments instead of 10%? I tend to obsess over that too much

how long are your guys' uptimes? i'm at about 130 hours now, but the phone is starting to act a little funky. with 2.1, i was never able to make it past 174 hours without my GPS stopping.

Well I tried to theme the default launcher.
It doesn't look the best.
I need to use a different image.
Also not sure by what they mean by optimizing the image.( Ultimate Android Themeing Guide )
I zipaligned it and created and update.zip to install.

Someone posted a thread about this, and on the second page someone posted it with the ability too show 10%. So you would be able to, but you would have to add your own imgs too it.

i make backups every 48-72 hours, so can't really comment re: uptime

hehe, yea it's hard to avoid rebooting when you are always messing with stuff, i just wanted to test myself. otherwise it feels like i'm using a blackberry, except the reboots only take 1 minute as opposed to 7.

After flashing custom themes I know longer have the custom gem stone boot when starting up my phone. It's back to the default one(which I also like lol) but idk why it switched :/

Perhaps a theme had a custom boot animation that it placed in /data/local?

Edit, sorry misunderstood. Something must have removed your custom animation, but it's easy to put back.

How would you go about doing that?
