I highly doubt it has to do with the data pricing, they have had years to figure that out. Now... they might be arguing with each other on the actual price of the phone, that is a whole other matter. It is obvious they had technical issues with the phone as well.

1. I have NOT posted anything directly to twitter since LENT. I was challenged by family and friends to step away from twitter due to it taking up too much time. What people see in my timeline are AUTO POSTED from my blog to twitter which I have been updating everyday with things I find interesting..
the first step is admitting you have an issue..2. I said I might share updated launch details on my GETGLUE account (also auto tweeted to twitter)or I may not thats my choice and its based on if I feel the information is worthy to share and does not place me in a position that I would find.. uncomfortable. I apparently can no longer make comments as I am expected to deliver on anything I might do.. Lets try this… I MIGHT win the lotto… …. … .. nope still have to go to work Monday..

I have never seen anything like this Device Launch in years and its actually amazing on so many levels I am increasingly concerned for some peoples emotional wellbeing if this device doesn’t launch this week..

If you dont want to wait the same device is on sale at att and sprint and it even has “4G” just ask for the EVO or the Inspire.. hell you will even save money on the device..
its a nice day out.. kiss your families and be grateful that your not in Japan because I have friends there that would gladly trade places with us…

Maybe I'm not reading between the lines like you, but I see nothing in the BMX post to suggest a further delay. At least not above anything we've already heard.
That being said, I never really expected it till next week anyway.

I'm still optimistic about the 17th, but I think we will need to hear an announcement today or tomorrow if that's going to happen (no silent release). If not, look to the 21st or 24th or later.
haha man, im just used to it behing delayed over and over again(internally of course), so kind of skeptical at this point. If it is announced today, then it will be around 11AM EST, as per standard big red announcements. Not sure if it would be a press conference or what. so 10am for me. That puts the possible announcment at approximately 1hr 10minutes away from now.
We shall see...
If the rumor launch party on the 15th is going to happen, I would expect an announcement today. I will be a bit suprised if we get anything but preorders on the 17th though. Maybe, we'll see.

- Best Buy is calling and emailing pre-order customers like crazy. We received at least a dozen reader confirmations that Best Buy had called them with an expected date of March 17th. The funny thing here is, that they said they would call back later in the week to set up an appointment, meaning they still aren’t sure if it’ll happen this Thursday or not. It amazes me that they would be calling customers after the month and a half of messes they’ve already been through.
- The second note from the weekend is actually a little more legit though. VZW distribution centers have now changed there ADR6400LVW (Thunderbolt) status from “quantity on order” to “quantity in stock.” No date has been attached, but this is another of those launch date checklist items that can be crossed off.
- And hot off the Twitter wire, an account claiming to be a local Verizon agent seems ready to spread word that the 17th is indeed the day. Take this one as lightly as you possibly can. Seriously, you probably shouldn’t even read the tweet below…

I'm generally annoyed when Verizon tweets anything that isn't Thunderbolt related, but I'll make an exception for this. That's pretty decent of them.
