Yes, it on the app but about 1/4 the size and my eyes just aint what they used to be.

It's still "official" software, it got "leaked" ... kinda like getting tomorrow's newspaper today. It will be "officially" released at some point, it just hasn't yet. And it has no effect on future updates.
True on all points, except that this may not be the final version that is pushed out as an OTA update, though it's pretty strong and I would consider it a winner. There is the possibility they're working on some other "enhancements" to the ICS OS before releasing, but either way, it's a winner.
OMG and how. I bought the Maxx simply for the extra battery stamina then i gota bonus with the ICS update and since then my Maxx turned into my Bionic. How depressing. I keep waiting for an update, but probably in vain.

This is SEVERAL hours on twitter, streamed 6 YouTube videos, hundreds of texts today (200 with one chica), 5 phone calls, a few emails, web browsing, instagram, Google+, and NFL.com fantasy football app. (Gsam battery monitor in case you're wondering what app that is). I actually use my phone a lot during the day, also because I was off. 4G on when I wasn't at home as well..
