Here it comes....now I wonder, I have OTA RootKeeper from Vodoo installed, anyone know if we expect that to keep root with this major OTA?

I don't know because I use Google Voice for voicemail. I highly recommend it. The features blow the stock voicemail out of the water. It definitely won't have that advertisement.

Only issues so far is instagram, it's not loading any pictures or refresh. Not sure if it's a instagram issue or ICS issue. I'm enjoying the new layout tho'.

Instagram along with several other internet sites was down for a while today due to storms that ravaged the states and knocked out power, tore down trees, and interrupted communications.

Yes, you will keep root if you use Voodoo OTA Root Keeper to TEMP unroot and then re-root after installing ICS.

anybody else having problems watching flash videos?

i read where people were having problems with flash but mines is working fine SO FAR!! more then likely jus lucky

In short, the ICS update actually removed Flash from your phone if you had it installed. You can install it again from the Play store. Since it's not officially supported, it will work on some websites, but not on others. Seems to be hit or miss.

Well first off i wanna give everybody a big ass high five for gettin there ICS...I usually don't participate in forum discussions but i seem to grow fond to this one in particular and the majority of the site.
so from the people i have learned from in here THANX..

oh yeah does anybody no how to turn the background data off when i was using Gingerbread 2.3.6 i usually would go to data manager and turn off my Data and background data so pretty much if anyone has any answers, suggestion, or crystal ball for guidance i appreciate it

I had that same problem, but it worked when I restarted my phone. Weird.
